Highest max-potential GAG 2 crops

What each crop pays at roughly 4× base weight with the strongest mutation it can legally roll. This is the number endgame Grow a Garden 2 players actually farm toward — weight scales at an exponent of 2.5, so a 4× heavier crop is worth about 32× more before the mutation even applies.

Grow a Garden 2 mutations — all 14 multipliers

A GAG 2 crop carries exactly one mutation. There is no stacking, so your payout is simply the crop's curve value multiplied by the single factor below — except on single-harvest crops, which receive a damped 1 + (factor − 1) × 0.15 version instead.

MutationMultiplierOn single-harvestTier

Frozen20×3.85×Mid
Amber20×3.85×Mid
Veil20×3.85×Mid
Gold10×2.35×Entry
Chained8×2.05×Entry

Eclipsed at 80× is the strongest multiplier in Grow a Garden 2. Because mutations do not stack, chasing one high-tier roll matters far more in GAG 2 than building a stack did in the first game.

How Grow a Garden 2 sell value is calculated

Grow a Garden 2 replaced the fixed weight-anchor tables of the first game with a single continuous power curve per crop. Every crop stores three numbers — a base sell value, a base weight, and an exponent — and the game interpolates between them smoothly:

raw   = sellValue × (weight ÷ baseWeight) ^ exponent
value = max(floor, raw × mutation × freshness × friendBoost)
total = value × stockMultiplier × amount

Why weight dominates everything else

Most GAG 2 crops use an exponent of 2.5. That means doubling a crop's weight multiplies its value by 22.55.7×, and a 4× heavier crop is worth roughly 32× more. A Godly-tier roll at ~16× base weight lands north of 1,000× the standard payout. No mutation in the game comes close to that, which is why size-luck gear is the real endgame stat.

The single-mutation rule

This is the change that trips up returning Grow a Garden 1 players most. In GAG 1 you stacked environmental mutations with 1 + Σmults − N and multiplied an exclusive on top. In GAG 2 a crop holds one mutation, full stop. You multiply by that factor and nothing else. Repeat-harvest crops take the full number; single-harvest crops get 1 + (factor − 1) × 0.15, so a Glow single-harvest is worth about 12.85× rather than 80×.

Freshness, market stock and friends

  • Freshness — harvested crops decay. Fresh rolls 0.6–1.0×, decayed rolls 0.2–0.55×. Because it is a roll, the calculator reports a low–high range rather than one number.
  • Mutation protection — any mutation resets decay, pinning the crop to the 0.95–1.0× protected band. A mutated crop is effectively always fresh.
  • Fruit price stock — a live market multiplier from 0.8× when a crop is oversupplied up to 4× during a shortage.
  • Friend boost — +10% per friend nearby when you sell, capped at 7 friends for +70%.

The floor

Every crop has a minimum payout, typically around 90% of its base sell value. Underweight crops clamp to that floor. Note the floor is applied before the stock multiplier, so a floored crop can still benefit from a market shortage.

Grow a Garden 1 vs Grow a Garden 2

GAG 2 is a separate Roblox experience, not a patch — progress does not carry over and the value math is different in almost every respect. If you are moving between the two games, this is what changes.

Grow a Garden 2 quick answers

Direct answers to the GAG 2 questions players ask most, pulled from our verified dataset.

Best GAG 2 mutation?

Eclipsed and Glow both at 80× — the highest in the game.

Do GAG 2 mutations stack?

No. One mutation per crop. This is the biggest change from Grow a Garden 1.

What is the GAG 2 weight exponent?

Most crops use 2.5. Double the weight ≈ 5.7× the value; 4× weight ≈ 32×.

Highest weight tier?

Godly at 14.5–17.5× base weight. Roughly 1 in a million without size-luck gear.

Does GAG 2 have Trade Tokens?

No. GAG 2 uses Sheckles, plus Leaves as the Fall Harvest event currency.

Is GAG 2 progress shared with GAG 1?

No. Separate Roblox experience — nothing carries over between the two games.

Grow a Garden 2 terms explained

GAG 2Grow a Garden 2
Shorthand for Grow a Garden 2, the standalone Roblox sequel. Uses Sheckles and Leaves, has no Trade Tokens, and adds PvP garden raiding at night.
Sell value curve
The power function that converts crop weight into Sheckles: sv × (weight ÷ bw) ^ exponent. Most GAG 2 crops use exponent 2.5.
Floor
The minimum Sheckle payout for a crop regardless of how light it is. Typically about 90% of the crop base sell value.
Fruit price stock
A live market multiplier from 0.8× to 4×. Rises when a crop is scarce on the server and falls when it is oversupplied.
Freshness decay
Harvested crops lose value over time. Fresh rolls 0.6–1.0×, decayed rolls 0.2–0.55×. Any mutation resets decay to the 0.95–1.0× protected band.
Single vs repeat harvest
Repeat-harvest crops regrow and take the full mutation multiplier. Single-harvest crops are consumed once and get a damped bonus of 1 + (factor − 1) × 0.15.
Weight tier
A multiplier band applied to a crop base weight at roll time, from Standard (0.85–1.15×) up to Godly (14.5–17.5×).
Leaves
Fall Harvest event currency. A handful of crops sell for Leaves rather than Sheckles and ignore market and freshness modifiers.

Added around August 19, 2026. Friend invites are reported not to register for some players, so the code can fail through no fault of yours.

How to redeem a code in GAG 2

  1. 1Launch Grow a Garden 2 on Roblox.
  2. 2Open the Settings menu — the gear icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
  3. 3Type the code into the textbox labelled "Enter code here".
  4. 4Press "Claim".

Codes are case-sensitive. Type them exactly as written — copying with the button above avoids the usual typo.

Do Grow a Garden 1 codes work in GAG 2?

No. They are two separate Roblox experiences with separate code lists, and nothing carries across in either direction. Your save data does not transfer either — a fully built GAG 1 garden starts from scratch in the sequel.

If you are after the original game's codes, they live on the Grow a Garden codes page.

Grow a Garden 2 guilds

Guilds are run by Gilbert at the Guild Stand in the centre of the map. Creating one costs 99 Robux; joining is free if someone invites you. The real draw is the weekly competition, which pays out by leaderboard placement.

Member slots

A guild starts at 20 members and caps at 50. Slots are bought one tier at a time — you cannot jump straight to the cap.

Membermax Up to the slot cap

Baseline participation — gift requests, guild feed, weekly competition.

Scoring

The base weekly metric is 1 point per gram of harvested plant weight. Rewards arrive in your Mailbox at the end of each cycle, scaled by where your guild finished. Since v1.18.0 guilds are split into Elite, Mid and Open brackets, each with its own reward table.

Rules worth knowing before you join

  • ·Guilds are run by the NPC Gilbert at the Guild Stand, in the centre of the map alongside the Sell Stand and the Props Shop.
  • ·Creating a guild costs 99 Robux. Joining one is free if you are invited.
  • ·Name is 3-24 characters, tag is 2-5 characters (letters and numbers only), description is 1-200 characters. The owner also picks an icon and three distinct guild colours.
  • ·To invite someone, open the Guild page and use the Invite tab. To accept an invite, interact with the Mailbox in front of your garden.
  • ·Renaming a guild puts it on a 7-day cooldown.
  • ·Members and Elders can leave freely. The Owner cannot leave — the only exit is to disband, which permanently deletes the guild.
  • ·Gift requests in the Guild Feed last 6 hours. Each member may have 1 open request, and each donor may give up to 10 items per request.
  • ·Guild Chats were added in v1.20.0 on July 19, 2026.

Grow a Garden 2 night stealing

The single biggest change from the original game: stealing is free. In GAG 1 a steal cost 37 Robux. In GAG 2 anyone can raid any unlocked garden during the two-minute night, at no cost.

The day/night cycle

A full cycle is 10 real minutes. There is no in-game clock — the phases are measured in real time only.

Day7m 30s

Gardens are safe. Plant, harvest and sell.

Sunset30s

Transition. Last chance to get home before gardens unlock.

Night2m

The stealing window. Any unlocked garden can be raided.

Crops only

You can steal any kind of crop or fruit. Pets, gear, currency and seeds cannot be stolen. Bamboo and Mushrooms take 3 seconds each; everything else is faster.

Stealing is free

No Robux required. This is the headline change from the original Grow a Garden, where a single steal cost 37 Robux or 37 Tokens.

Owners lock their own garden

A garden cannot be robbed while its owner is standing in it. The moment they step out an "Unlocked" icon appears above the plot and it becomes a valid target.

You must carry it home

The crop is only yours once you physically return it to your own garden. Teleport buttons are disabled the instant you start stealing and stay disabled until you are back.

The shovel is the counterplay

Hitting a thief with the Shovel forces them to drop the stolen crop so you can pick it up again. It also shoos away enemy Raccoons.

Disconnects favour the thief

If the victim leaves the server mid-theft, the thief keeps the fruit.

What we could not verify

Every item below is a number or mechanic that other sites state confidently and no primary source supports. We would rather print the gap than fill it.

  • ·The base steal limit is not publicly documented. The Raccoon raises it by +25, but no source states the starting value, so we do not print one. A 200-item figure circulates online — that is the backpack carry cap, which is a different stat.
  • ·There are no guild levels, no guild shop and no permanent stat-buff upgrade tree. Guilds have roles (Owner / Elder / Member) and competition brackets (Elite / Mid / Open); neither is a level system.
  • ·Fence skins are cosmetic. The wiki states plainly that they give no boost. Fences and props can physically slow a thief down, but they confer no defensive stat — treat "buy fences to protect your garden" as false.
  • ·No version numbers exist for any August or September 2026 content. The wiki update log has not been maintained past v1.20.0, so those entries are dated but unnumbered here.
  • ·No in-game clock time governs night. The cycle is measured in real minutes, so any site quoting a "20:00 to 22:00" window is inventing it.
  • ·The Spirit crop line, Ghoul Garden, Candy Basket, Sugar Cane, Wheat and Pinetree have wiki pages with placeholder art but are flagged unobtainable. They are datamined, not live.

Grow a Garden 2 Calculator FAQ

What are the Grow a Garden 2 codes right now?
There are 4 working GAG 2 codes: TEAMGREENBEAN, WATERYOPLANTS, REMEMBERTODRINKWATER, FREESEED. TEAMGREENBEAN gives 3 Green Bean Seeds, WATERYOPLANTS gives 10 Common Watering Cans, and REMEMBERTODRINKWATER gives 1. FREESEED gives 3 Uncommon Seed Packs but requires inviting 3 friends to your server, and those invites are currently reported as not registering for some players. No GAG 2 code has ever expired. Codes are case-sensitive and are redeemed from the gear icon in the top-left corner, not the shop.
Do Grow a Garden 1 codes work in Grow a Garden 2?
No. Grow a Garden and Grow a Garden 2 are separate Roblox experiences with separate code lists, and no code works across both. Your save data does not carry over either — progress, pets and Sheckles from the first game do not transfer to the sequel.
How long is night in Grow a Garden 2, and when can you steal?
A full day/night cycle is 10 real minutes: 7 minutes 30 seconds of day, a 30-second sunset, then 2 minutes of night. Stealing is only possible during that 2-minute night window. There is no in-game clock time — the cycle runs on real minutes, so any guide quoting a fixed "20:00 to 22:00" window is inventing it.
Is stealing free in Grow a Garden 2?
Yes, and it is the biggest change from the first game. In Grow a Garden 1 a steal cost 37 Robux or 37 Tokens. In GAG 2 stealing costs nothing. You can only take crops — never pets, gear, seeds or currency — and only from a garden whose owner is not standing in it. You then have to physically carry the crop back to your own garden, because teleport is disabled the moment you start stealing.
How do you stop people stealing your crops in Grow a Garden 2?
Standing in your own garden locks it completely — nobody can steal while you are there. Otherwise the real defences are the Ice Serpent (guild reward only), Bear and Bald Eagle (5,000,000 Sheckles each), the Bee (1,000,000), defensive plants like Venus Fly Trap and Dragon’s Breath, and the Strawberry Sniper gear at 13,000,000 Sheckles. Hitting a thief with the Shovel makes them drop what they took. Fences do not help: the wiki states fence skins are cosmetic and grant no defensive bonus.
How much does a Grow a Garden 2 guild cost?
Creating a guild costs 99 Robux and joining one is free if you are invited. A guild starts with 20 member slots and caps at 50, bought one tier at a time — 37, 79, 189, 279, 399 and 499 Robux, so a full 20-to-50 expansion costs 1,472 Robux on top of the creation fee. Guilds compete weekly at 1 point per gram of harvested weight, with rewards paid by leaderboard placement into your Mailbox. There are no guild levels, no guild shop and no permanent stat-buff upgrade tree, despite what several sites claim.
When did Grow a Garden 2 come out and what was the last update?
Grow a Garden 2 launched on June 12, 2026 as v1.00.0 and shipped twenty numbered versions by v1.20.0 on July 19, 2026. The Fall Harvest expansion followed on August 2, 2026 and runs for 60 days, adding the Leaf currency and a separate world. The most recent addition is the Phoenix pet on September 4, 2026, a guild-reward-exclusive Super pet. Nothing after v1.20.0 has a published version number, so this page dates those entries rather than inventing numbers for them.
What is the Grow a Garden 2 Calculator?
The Grow a Garden 2 Calculator (GAG 2 calculator) works out the exact Sheckle sell value of any crop in Roblox Grow a Garden 2. Enter the crop, its weight in kg, and the single mutation it rolled, then adjust the fruit price stock slider, freshness and friend boost. It covers 70 crops, 14 mutations, 18 pets, 23 gear items and 14 props.
How is Grow a Garden 2 value calculated?
GAG 2 uses a continuous power curve instead of the weight anchors used in the first game. The formula is: raw = sellValue × (weight ÷ baseWeight) ^ exponent, then value = max(floor, raw × mutation × freshness × friendBoost) × stockMultiplier × amount. Most crops use an exponent of 2.5, so doubling weight roughly multiplies value by 5.7×.
Do mutations stack in Grow a Garden 2?
No. A GAG 2 crop carries exactly one mutation at a time — this is the single biggest difference from Grow a Garden 1, where environmental mutations stacked with the 1 + Σmults − N formula. In GAG 2 you simply multiply by that one mutation factor, and the strongest available are Eclipsed and Glow at 80×.
What is the best mutation in Grow a Garden 2?
Eclipsed and Glow tie at 80× — the highest multipliers in GAG 2. Behind them sit Bloodlit, Chakra and Ignited at 60×, then Starstruck at 50× and Aurora at 40×. Gold is only 10× and Chained is the weakest at 8×.
Why is my single-harvest crop worth less with the same mutation?
Single-harvest crops receive a damped mutation bonus in GAG 2: 1 + (factor − 1) × 0.15 instead of the full factor. A Glow mutation gives a repeat-harvest crop the full 80×, but a single-harvest crop only about 12.85×. The calculator applies this automatically and shows the damped number.
Is Grow a Garden 2 the same game as Grow a Garden?
No — Grow a Garden 2 is a separate Roblox experience, not an update. Progress does not carry over. GAG 2 adds night-time PvP garden raiding, guilds, a Super and Secret rarity tier above Mythic, and drops the Trade Token currency in favour of Sheckles plus the Leaves event currency.
What does the fruit price stock multiplier do?
GAG 2 has a fluctuating produce market. When a crop is in short supply its sell price rises, and when the market is flooded it drops. The multiplier ranges from 0.8× (glut) to 4× (shortage). It applies after the floor check, so it can push a floored crop above its minimum value.
How do weight tiers work in Grow a Garden 2?
GAG 2 rolls a weight multiplier of each crop's own base weight rather than a fixed kg value. The tiers are Standard (0.85–1.15×), Large (2.8–3.3×), Huge (4–5×), Giant (6.5–7.5×), Titanic (9.5–12.5×) and Godly (14.5–17.5×). Size-luck gear raises the odds of rare tiers, and each tier scales with its own luck exponent.
What are Leaves in Grow a Garden 2?
Leaves are the Fall Harvest event currency. A small number of crops — notably the Atlantic Giant Pumpkin — sell for Leaves instead of Sheckles. Those crops ignore the freshness, friend boost and stock modifiers entirely, so their value depends only on weight and mutation.
Are these the official Grow a Garden 2 values?
No official price list exists — Roblox does not publish GAG 2 sell values. Our curve parameters mirror the community reference implementation and are cross-checked against in-game samples. Every crop shows how many samples back its curve so you can judge confidence yourself.
Does the Grow a Garden 2 calculator cost anything?
No. The GAG 2 calculator is free, needs no login, and runs entirely in your browser. There are no ads inside the calculator and no rate limits.
Where can I find the Grow a Garden 1 calculator?
The original Grow a Garden calculator is on our homepage. It covers 286 creatures in Trade Tokens, 436 crops in Sheckles, seed ROI and the WFL trade checker — all of which use the older stacking-mutation and weight-anchor system that GAG 2 replaced.

Methodology & sources

Roblox does not publish an official Grow a Garden 2 price list, so every GAG 2 value here is derived from the community-reconstructed sell-value curve. Each crop stores how many in-game samples back its curve — crops with a single sample are early estimates and will move as more data arrives.

Curve parameters mirror the reference implementation used by the wider GAG 2 community so numbers stay comparable across calculators. Mutation factors are the values that calculator applies; note that some wiki pages quote slightly different figures for Aurora, Frozen and Glow, and community sources have not fully converged yet. Where they disagree we follow the implementation that players actually check their trades against.

One upstream inconsistency worth flagging: Briar Rose lists a 9 kg shop base weight but a 1 kg curve base weight, which inflates its headline value relative to every other crop. We reproduce the source data rather than silently patching it — treat that one entry with caution until more samples land.

  • Grow a Garden 2 on Roblox — official experience page, patch notes and update history.
  • Grow a Garden 2 Wiki (Fandom) — community documentation for crops, pets, eggs and mutations. The codes, guild pricing, day/night timings, pet cooldowns and version log on this page were read from its raw wikitext, so those figures are verbatim rather than paraphrased.
  • Our full methodology — how we verify, cross-check and version every number on this site.

Where a number could not be sourced we say so on the page rather than filling the gap — see what we could not verify. Two widely repeated claims are deliberately absent because primary game data contradicts them: a guild upgrade tree granting permanent movement or shovel buffs, and fences acting as a defence. Neither exists.
